“The World We Want – Beyond 2015, A Toolkit for National Deliberations”, an advocacy toolkit for the post-2015 development framework, was released last month by the Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP), Beyond 2015 and the United Nations Millennium Campaign. The toolkit is designed to aid civil society organizations in organizing and facilitating national deliberations on the new global agenda. Included within the document are explanations of the intergovernmental process of developing a new international framework, the role of civil society, and how civil society can work together to ensure that priorities are recognized and maintained. As we move closer to 2015, advocacy resources such as this one are critical to ensuring that we are prepared for this pivotal moment in the development world.
