Women Deliver works to foster and mobilize the next generation of advocates for girls and women.
Women Deliver seeks to harness the untapped potential and passion of young leaders. We work to develop the skills of young advocates in developing countries through our workshops, online learning communities, scholarships to key events, and high-level networking opportunities.
From 2010 to 2014, Women Deliver built the capacity of 200 Young Leaders from developing countries, and provided seed funding to youth advocates to implement projects related to sexual and reproductive health and rights in their communities.
We believe that the health and rights of young people deserve priority, and that young people themselves have the potential to be powerful spokespeople on their own needs and agents of change transforming policies, programming, and their communities for the better.
Vital support from corporations and governments has allowed Women Deliver to provide young people with the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge, and advocate for maternal, sexual, and reproductive health and rights. We are proud to acknowledge the extraordinary generosity of our contributors, including Danida, Johnson & Johnson, The Netherlands, NORAD, and WomanCare Global.
